Each order is handcrafted in our workshop in Valence. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for production, then 2 to 4 days for delivery within mainland France. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the shipment is dispatched.
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. Shipping costs and times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination country. For any requests outside Europe, please feel free to contact us directly.
You have 30 days after receipt to return an item in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Exchanges or refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving the return.
We recommend regular dusting with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure as well as very humid environments. Specific care instructions are included with each order.
